Sometimes the exact length, weight, or texture you want isn't sitting in our standard catalog — that's exactly what our Custom Order option is for. Here's how the process works, from request to delivery.

Step 1: Tell Us What You're Looking For Head to the Custom Order page and fill out the request form with as much detail as you can: preferred hair type (curly, straight, wavy, bouncy, or pixie curls), length, weight (200g or 300g, or a custom weight if you need something in between), and any special instructions — color, texture blend, or a reference photo of the look you're after.

Step 2: We Review Your Request Because custom orders are made to your exact specifications, they aren't available for instant checkout the way our standard bundles are. Once you submit the form, our team reviews the details and confirms availability and sourcing timelines for what you've asked for.

Step 3: You Get a Quote We'll follow up directly — usually by phone, email, or WhatsApp — with a personalized quote based on your exact specifications. Custom requests can vary in price depending on length, weight, and any special processing involved, so this step ensures you know the full cost before committing.

Step 4: Confirm and Pay Once you're happy with the quote, we confirm the order and take payment through Paystack, the same secure payment gateway used for all EMAC HAIR purchases. Your payment is only ever processed after you've approved the final quote — there are no surprise charges.

Step 5: Production and Delivery Custom pieces take a little longer than our in-stock bundles since they're prepared specifically for your order rather than pulled from existing inventory. We'll keep you updated on progress and provide a tracking number once your order ships, whether that's domestic delivery within Nigeria or international shipping.
